Bloedel Conservatory
First conceived of for Canada’s centennial celebration, the conservatory was built in 1969 atop a reservoir at Vancouver’s highest point. The triodetic dome is 140 feet in diameter and 70 fee high and contains over 200 bird species and 500 plant species.
