Castillo de Viñuelas is a fortified palace constructed in the 17th century for the Marquise of Mejorada and later expanded by Charles IV. In the 19th century the castle passed into the hands of the Duke of the Infantado who added the Gothic hall incorporating elements taken from a monastery and another castle.
