401 N Ave 19, Los Angeles, CA 90031, USALincoln Heights Jail is a 5-story Art Deco-style jail in operation from 1931 to 1965. While only designed to hold 625 prisoners, at the high of overcrowding it held upwards of 2,800. After the jailed was closed, it became the home to the Bilingual Foundation for the Arts until 2014.
