2211 Broadway, New York, NY 10024, USAThe Apthorp is a Italian Renaissance Revival apartment building constructed in 1908 for William Waldorf Astor by the architectural firm Clinton & Russell. At the center of the building is a cobblestone courtyard and driveway. The building was sold in 2006 and converted to condominiums in 2008 which sold for around $3,000 per square foot.
