High Park

High Park is a 161 hectare park created in 1876, the second largest park in Toronto. The park sits between two deep ravines with a central plain containing various sports fields and event spaces. The park contains the large Grenadier Pond fed by Wendigo Creek, naturalized wetlands, landscaped gardens, a small zoo, greenhouses, a nature centre, and a history museum.
