After Anissa and Jennifer are kidnapped and taken to the hotel, Jefferson dons his Black Lightning suit and heads there to rescue them in episode 1x01 “The Resurrection”. Jefferson tries to talk Lawanda White from take video at the motel in episode 1x02 “Lawanda: The Book of Hope”.
