While Clara is nannying for some children, she calls tech support and connects with the Doctor in episode 7x06 “The Bells of Saint John”. Clara returns to the childrens' home in episode 7x11 “The Crimson Horror”. Clara receives a message from Madame Vastra and tells the Doctor about it in episode 7x13 “The Name of the Doctor”.
