Movies Filmed at Chelsea Piers

Piers 59–61 were constructed in the early 1900s as luxury passenger terminals designed by the same firm that did Grand Central Terminal. The piers hosted many famous ships including the Lusitania & Carpathia, and Pier 59 was the original destination of the Titanic. Currently the three piers house the Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex which contains a driving range, batting cages, dance & gymnastics studios, two ice rinks, extensive event space, as well as TV production studios.
