Built in 2012 by Citigroup to compliment their office tower across the street, 2 Court Square is a 14-story LEED Gold office building in Long Island City. Six floors of the building are house the CUNY School fo Law. A planned expansiion of the building, the Court Square City View Tower, is a sleek 66-story condominium tower that will take up the remainder of the block. When completed the new tower will be the tallest building in Queens.
