The Party goes to the arcade only to find several of their high score have been beaten by a newcomer named MADMAX in episode 2x01 “Chapter One: Madmax”. Max comes into the arcade to play Dig Dug and ends up lured into the back room by Lucas who tells her the whole truth in episode 2x05 “Chapter Five: Dig Dug”.

Robin and Steve apply for a new job and Robin manages to convince the manager Keith that Steve would be valuable in episode 3x08 “Chapter Eight: The Battle of Starcourt”. Steve tells Dustin that he is too busy to join Hellfire Club over the phone in episode 4x01 “Chapter One: The Hellfire Club”. Robin and Steve talks about relationships before they see the news report on the murder. Later, Max and Dustin take over the store as their base of operations in episode 4x02 “Chapter Two: Vecna's Curse”.
