The guys come upon Ronnie under a bridge and turn into Firestorm in episode 1x08 “Flash vs. Arrow”. Killer Frost is waiting to meet her contact to bring her to another world when Amunet shows up to killer her in episode 4x05 “Girls Night Out”.
