Generally known as "Pell Hall" (named after Robert Arthur Pennington, the deputy provincial secretary), this building was constructed in 1950 to be used as the patient recreation center. The building was used continuously until 2010 when a patient started a fire in the building which caused both smoke and water damage. It has been abandoned ever since.
